Between 1907 and 1914, after graduating from the Ecole Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris, Rob Mallet-Stevens published a series of articles dedicated to architecture, but also to theatre, Japan, Vienna Secession or modern gardens.
For the first time, these texts are gathered along with their original illustrations, and put into context by one of the specialist who participated in the publication of the first monograph on Mallet-Stevens in 1980.
