Charlotte Perriand Complete Works. Vol 3, 1956-1968

9782376660019
This third volume presents Charlotte Perriand's work in the Glorious Thirty, during which she is going to achieve her status as an international artist.

In 1956, she develops a continuous collaboration with the Steph Simon galery in order to issue her famous "Nuage" bookcases. She will also strengthen her ties with Air France, arranging travel agencies in Europe, in Japan and in Brazil.

This work illustrates her "art of inhabiting" through her realisations, such as the Japanese Ambassador's residence in Paris, her cottage in Méribel, her apartment in Rio de Janeiro, or the interior decoration of the Maison du Brésil in the Cité Internationale Universitaire in Paris.
